my cat makes diarrhea/nibbles my fingers/and whats a orange cat called?

i feed my kitten Special cat milk that's like a cream and was 98% less lactose and it still makes watery poop/diarrhea. my cat also nibbles my finger for love but shud i let it nibble me or not(it doesn't hert at all)? and my cats orange with some white and its stomach's white what it called
can u also suggest some kind of milk for a kitten

1) If your kitten is over 3 weeks old, introduce wet kitten food. By the time a kitten is 5 weeks old, it should be off milk replacement.
